Sauce (water, milk, béchamel sauce base), Mashed potatoes (water, milk, dehydrated potato), Shrimps, Imitation crab meat, Scallops, Mozzarella cheese.

Contains: Milk, Shrimps, Scallops, Sea bream, Threadfin bream, Soy, Cod, Wheat, Crab, Egg, Sulphite.

The seafood shell is served in a jiffy! Simple and easy to prepare, the seafood shell is an ideal choice for a healthy and nutritious meal.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Keep frozen until ready to cook. For all cooking instructions, let stand for 5 minutes before eating. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. The product is ready when its internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).

Conventional oven :

Preheat oven at 35O°F (18O°C). Remove the plastic film and place frozen shell on a baking sheet. Cook on middle rack for 32 to 35 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes or until the cheese topping becomes golden brown.

BBQ:

Preheat at maximum intensity (1O minutes). Reduce to minimum intensity, place frozen shell on an aluminum sheet on lower rack. Close lid and cook for 21 minutes.
