This delicious stuffed shell is a guaranteed treat for seafood fans! It is generously filled with northern shrimp and scallops, mixed with our creamy bechamel sauce and covered in real mozzarella.

Cooking time may vary from one oven to the next. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. The product is ready when its internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
Cooking instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C), remove the frozen stuffed shell from its package and place on a baking sheet. Cook on the centre rack for 37‒40 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
Perforate the plastic film. Cook at high heat for 9‒10 minutes. Cook one stuffed shell at a time. It should not touch the inside of the microwave oven.
Preheat, cover closed, at maximum heat for 10 minutes. Reduce to minimum heat and place the frozen stuffed shell on a sheet of aluminium foil on the lower grill. Close the cover and cook for 18‒20 minutes.
