To thaw: Thaw the sausages in the fridge at 0‒4° C for about 12 hours. Cooking time may vary from one oven to the next. The product is ready when its internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
Cooking instructions
Oven
Preheat the oven to 375° F (190° C). Cook the thawed sausages for 20‒22 minutes. Turn the sausages halfway through.
Stovetop
Cook the thawed sausages for 9 minutes in an oiled frying pan preheated on medium heat. Turn the sausages halfway through.
BBQ
Preheat, covered, at maximum heat for 10 minutes. Reduce to minimum heat and place the thawed sausages on the lower grill. Close the cover and cook for 8‒9 minutes. Turn the sausages halfway through.

Pink and/or chum salmon (fish), seasoning (grilled wheat breadcrumbs, wheat flour, spices, dried vinegar, soy protein, wheat gluten, sea salt, potassium chloride, dehydrated red pepper, carrageenan, dehydrated garlic, tetrapotassium pyrophosphate, dehydrated onion, sodium phosphate, flavour, silicon dioxide), canola oil, water, in a natural pork casing. May contain sulfites.
