Wild Pacific salmon


Our infamous Wellington is made with a delicious wild salmon filling, creamy white sauce and spinach wrapped in flakey pastry.

Always loved by guests, our salmon wellington can be eaten as an appetizer or main dish. Serve with a side salad or portion of vegetables for a full meal.

Cooking time may vary from one oven to the next. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. The product is ready when internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
Cooking instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Remove the Wellington from the packaging. Remove the cardboard and place the Wellington on a baking sheet. Cook on the centre rack for 50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Suggestion: Brush the Wellington’s top crust with a beaten egg to obtain a perfectly golden crust.
