Salmon nuggets

Our salmon nuggets are a fun and different way to serve fish! Made with a delicious mix of Pacific salmon, potato and seasoning, they are perfectly delicious as an appetizer or meal.

Tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, everyone will agree that our salmon nuggets are delicious—especially kids! Excellent baked or fried.

To thaw: Thaw the nuggets in the fridge at 0-4 °C for about 12 hours. Cooking time may vary from one oven to the next. Let sit for 2‒3 minutes before serving. The product is ready when its internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
Cooking instructions
Oven
Preheat the oven to 450 °F (230 °C). Place the thawed nuggets on a baking sheet. Cook on the centre rack for 25 minutes or until the nuggets are golden brown. Turn halfway through.
Deep fryer
Preheat oil to 330 °F (165 °C). Place the thawed nuggets in the fryer and cook for 5 minutes.

Pink and/or chum salmon, potato (water, potato, mono- and diglycerides, sodium phosphate, sodium bisulfate, citric acid, BHT), toasted wheat crumbs, onion, mayonnaise (canola oil, frozen whole egg, water, frozen egg yolk, white vinegar sugar, salt, concentrated lemon juice, mustard flour, spices, Calcium disodium EDTA), whole egg, ail, herbs, salt, spices.
