Codfish brandade

Our codfish brandade is delicious as a meal, spread or dip. Use it hot or cold to put some extra punch into your favourite recipes.

This European speciality will quickly become a must in your kitchen! Foodies will also want to try it to stuff squash flowers and peppers.

Thaw the brandade in the fridge at 0‒4° C for about 12 hours. Cooking time may vary from one oven to the next. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. The product is ready when its internal temperature reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
Cooking instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C), remove the plastic film and place the frozen brandade on the middle rack. Cook for 50‒55 minutes.
